Every time we come to the Tap House it is always great service, great food, and a great atmosphere! It's one of our favorite Fountain Hills restaurants. We recommend it!

My experience at Parkview was a big "meh." My husband and I did go on a busy night, but the event that night was well advertised, near the restaurant, and it did not appear they were prepared at all.
The atmosphere is very casual, which I like. Very much a sports bar. If you wanted to grab a beer and watch a game, I'd say this would be a good place to do it. If you're looking for a fun dining experience or a place to show off some of the great local restaurants in Fountain Hills, this is not the place.
The restaurant has a TON of seating space, but the kitchen and staff is definitely not equipped to handle it when it's busy. It took over an hour to get our food, and all we ordered was a chicken sandwich with fries and a veggie burger with fries. Both were OK, but nothing to write home about. Pricing is reasonable in relation to the food, though.
My husband said his chicken sandwich was good, but the fries were bland. I concur about the fries. My veggie burger was not freshly made (even though veggie patties are super easy, come on ya'll), it was a frozen patty and I could've made it myself. It wasn't bad, though.
All in all, I wouldn't be opposed to going back, but I won't seek it out unless there's some renovation, updating, or something else to liven up the joint. -

Had a young man running all over the place serving tables, scooping ice cream while the owner had a beer and disparaged his employee so everyone could hear. Food was warmed up over-processed and salty. To top it off, we told the kid we would tip him extra and he said he doesn't get to keep his tips, so we should keep our money.

This place is a joke! And if you guys hide my review, it just goes to show that you're scared to show people the truth. We came here for dinner tonight, and our waitress, Monica, who was very good by the way, was the only one running the entire restaurant. She was serving ice cream, running the bar, and waiting on all of the tables. The owner was sitting on her ass at the bar with her husband, and tending to her kids all night, who were hovering around the ice cream all night long. I absolutely could not believe that the owner was sitting on her butt. She got up twice to come over to our table, but only because I was trying to get the waitresses attention! Our waitress was really good considering what she had to deal with, and she was very sweet. The food is very very mediocre at best. my chicken sandwich was tough and gristly, and their avocados were under ripe, and should not have been served that way. I asked for mayonnaise for my chicken. The owner hands me 2 PACKETS of mayonnaise. If I wanted to eat in a fast food restaurant, I would have gone to Burger King. Dont think this place is gonna be open much longer.

We came to see our friends play, but enjoyed the rest of the restaurant too! The food was great and the service was quick. The owner walks around the restaurant and is very friendly. Plus the band will be playing tomorrow night too!
